A gift from Sabah

We have been together for almost two years. Siti Nasihah Zakaria, Nohasyida Safie, Siti Nurfarahain Salime, Siti Nazliani Md Nor, Zamzurina Azri, Norfarah Dalila Shafie and me, Nurul Hajar Yusoff. We have a lot of memories that defined the meaning of friendship. When we were in the semester one, we do not know each other. We just say hi and we are not close as we are now. Then, it comes to the end of the first semester. We are just want to build a strong relationship between us on that time, but I have to move from our dpp, TM. It was because I was accepted to join ROTU (Reserve Officer Training Unit). So, I have to stay at dpp BSN formerly known as dpp PERWAJA. So sad. But then it is not a problem! We have take almost the same class together in the next semester. That is how we maintain our friendship until now. Morever, dpp BSN is not that far  from dpp TM lor~just in front only...=). Semester by semester we have face...until the fourth semester come to us. Emmm...sad to say, only five of us survive in UUM. Where are the other two? Haahhah..don't be panic yet. The other two are Siti Nasihah Zakaria and Nohasyida Safie-they study at UMS due to the exchange program under COB. They will be there for this whole semester. For sure we will going to miss them in every moment! They have create a video-special for our birthday girl. That is Siti Nurfarahain Salime. That was a special gift from Sabah....heheh=). But I cannot put here yet, I will but not yet. Later I will put the video ya! The video is about us. Very touching lor~

Dikir Barat Srikandi Chendana

Assalamualaikum semua. Hari ni sy nak share something. Dalam bulan Mac yang lepas, dpp BSN ada buat Festival Kebudayaan. Macam-macam aktiviti kebudayaan ada. Nak apa, sebut je. Hehehe...antaranya ialah bengkel kompang (yg ni sy jd ajk makanan), bengkel tarian tradisional, bengkel cheerleading, pertandingan nasyid, pertandingan dikir barat, pertandingan nyanyian solo dan pencarian ikon BSN. Hmmm...kalau nak diikutkan, sy nak join nasyid tp sy dah buat preparation untk dikir barat. So, just proceed je sebab dah lama tak berdikir. Sy tak nak hipokrit. Kalau kat sekolah menegah dulu, ada je event untuk sambutan Hari Guru ke, Hari Merdeka ke, mesti cikgu2 request suruh buat persembahan dikir barat. Apalagi, masa sekolah dulu sy ni agak2 brutal cket...cari kawan2, buat lagu, fikir step, rehearsel....siap!! Then, bila dah masuk U ni mcm tak terjangkau dek pikiran untuk buat dikir barat. Sampailah ada festival kebudayaan ni. Pada mulanya agak segan, fikir 2-3 kali gak la nak masuk ke tak. Tapi, tgok ramai pulak kawan2 yg excited, jd sy teruskan. Actually, sy buat ni pun untuk mengeratkan lagi hubungan kami antara intake especially ladies. Maksud sy, intake palapes sy, intake 27 ataupun dikenali sebagai intermediate. Untuk pertandingan tu, kumpulan kami dinamakan sebagai Srikandi Chendana-on the spot je bg nama. Huhuhu. Kami terdiri drpd 17 org (ladies intake 27 sume ada 34-yg lain jd ajk dan supporters). Awak2 seramai 16 org dan sy yang solo tu. Tak tahu la apa nama dia...Tok Jogho ke Tukang Karut! Or maybe just mengarut. Hahaha.

Kami gunakan lagu ''Kelate Kito'' by Fendi Kenali. Kami ubah lirik dia cket dan memang masuklah. Kalau nak tahu, kami jadi JUARA tau. Juara dari 4 buah kumpulan yg bertanding. Seronok rasa! Then, untuk majlis penutupan tu, kami diminta untuk membuat persembahan kerana menjadi juara. Sudah pasti persembahan masa hari penutup lagi best dari waktu pertandingan tu. Sebab nervous tu dah hilang. =) Apapun, ni memang kenangan yang paling indah bg kami dan secara peribadi sy rasa terharu dan teruja sebab ada kawan2 yg asal dari kedah,  perak, johor-diorang plak yg lebih excited nak join even diorang tak tahu mcm mana nak berdikir barat. Tu yg saya rasa lagi bersemangat nak masuk. Bila dah habis bertanding...rasa satu kepuasan sebab kami takde banyak masa pun untuk buat latihan. Dalam masa 2hari je, kami baru buat lagu, fikr step dan practice. Sebab masing2 waktu ni sibuk tapi masih lagi mampu memberi komitmen dan kerjasama yang baik. Alhamdulillah! Sebenarnya ini yg sy ingin perolehi. Ukhuwah antara kami sentiasa teguh...saling bantu-membantu. Give n take! Kenangan terindah....=)

Hari Pengasasan Universiti Utara Malaysia

Pada 15 April hari tu, UUM telah mengadakan Hari Pengasasan UUM. Lebih kurang macam sambut birthday UUM la ni. Tetamu kehormat kami ialah Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad-founder UUM. Apa lagi, tugas kami sebagai pegawai kadet PALAPES UUM dimanfaatkan sebaik-baiknya. Setiap kali ada event yang besar-besar kan, mesti ada persembahan perbarisan daripada kami. Actually bukan persembahan tapi perbarisan la. Itu yang membuatkan kami semangat! Best tau masuk perbarisan ni. Dengan pakaian no.3...wah, dah rasa macam pegawai pulak. hehehhe. Untuk Hari Pengasasan ni, semua perkhidmatan terlibat termasuklah pasukan SUKSIS yang turut menjayakan majlis ini. Kami berada di barisan yang paling kanan diikuti perkhidmatan navy, airforce seterusnya suksis. Untuk majlis kali ini, SUO Darat yang ambil baris. Part yang paling best sekali, time Tun M check baris. Tun p kat sorang2 tengok kami. Rasa bangga sat masa tu. Huhuhu. Habis check baris tu, SUO Darat lapor, kami pun jalan keluar. Tapi lepas habis je perbarisan, ramai antara kami balik sebab nak p kelas plak. Tak sempat tengok apa yang berlaku dalam dewan. Emmm...saya pun balik jugak tapi buat assignment...=). Kat sini ada satu video waktu hari kejadian...ada kawan jumpa kat youtube. Tengoklah, dan kalau anda cekap, carilah saya dalam baris tu nanti ye!

Assalamualaikum...lovely family!

Alhamdulillah...I was born on 2nd January 1990. I really thankful to Allah because have given me such a great family. Let us know each one of them! hehehe =). My father, his name is Yusoff Bin Mohamad. He was 56 years old. We call him 'abah'. He was born in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan on 11th July 1956. He is a lorry driver. He is a hardworking father and I do love him so much! He never scold us unless we have done something wrong - a big mistake! Hmmm...I was scold by abah once. For the mistake of......secret lor. Abah is a loving and caring father. Seriously! Then, my mother. Her name is Norha Binti Mohamad. She was 47 years old. We call her 'ma'. She was born in Dungun, Terengganu on 17th September 1965. She is a housewife but actually doing some work for our family side income. She makes 'kuih' for selling to many stall. Around 4a.m. she will wake up to start doing 'kuih' and also 'nasi dagang'. So delicious. Abah also wake up 5a.m. to start his lorry engine and get ready to go to work - normally he will go to Rompin. They have sacrificed a lot for their children. They are my inspiration! My elder sister, Nurul Nadia Binti Yusoff. She is 25 years old. We call her 'along'. She was born in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan on 31st January 1987. She is clerk at lawyer firm. Even she is a clerk, but her work so complicated - it is like she is a lawyer. So pity her but then now her salary is up already...hihihi. She is good in cooking especially cake, cookies and cocktail. I miss her cooking! Then, now it is the time for me to introduce myself. Hmmm...I think I will introduce myself in other post. Wait ya! My younger brother, Mohd Fikri Bin Yusoff. He is 21 years old. We call him 'abang chik' or sometime we call 'yie'. He was born in Kuantan, Pahang on 10th Febuary 1991. Now he is working as police assistant at Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor. He is very handsome as so many girls like him. Owh,ok then chik! Heee=). My youngest brother - Mohd Amirul Asyraf Bin Yusoff. He is 16 years old. We call him 'adik' untill now even he is big enough to be called as 'adik'. Hmm...nevermind la dik...we give you chance to be our adik forever. He has his own history. Hmmm...I will make other post for his history ya. Last but not least, Rahmat Bin Mohamad. Actually he his our uncle but he is just 15 years old. Hmmm...how to explain ya. Ok, wait for a while. He was born in Kuala Lumpur on 15th September 1997. We call him 'amat' without the title 'pakcik' because we are not used to it. It sound a bit not nice but then we still respect him and we love him like others do. He stays with us since my late grandfather has passed away on 2011. So, this is a litle bit about my family.  See you in the next post!

In the deep of my heart, I just want to have a blog for me to share something that I think useful to everyone. But I do not have the determination toward it. So, I just let it go. Subhanallah, Allah arranged my life so beautiful. Let us see how Allah plans bring me to create a blog today. I was accepted to study in Northern University of Malaysia on Julai 4, 2010. Then, in the semester 4 (this semester), one of the subject that I take is STID 1103 Computer Application in Management lectured by Mr. Tarmizi B. Musa. Then, the lecturer was give us an assignment to create a blog. So, I was so excited but at the same time I feel a bit worry because I do not know a single thing on how to create a blog. Hmmm...by hook or by crook, I have to settle it. And now, I have learn how to do the blog from my friend, very expert one! That is how Allah bring me to the situation at last I have to create a blog! So niceee..thank you ALLAH. Thank you to Mr. Tarmizi too because gives us this assignment. Thank you.
